Our A-grade competing ensemble, representing Tasmania at state and national championships and performing across southern Tasmania.
About the band
Glenorchy City Concert Brass is the A grade competing ensemble of Glenorchy City Brass Inc. The band has represented Tasmania at numerous Australian National Band Championships and has a long history of state championship success.
Concert Brass performs at formal concert recitals, ceremonial events, civic occasions, and outdoor community concerts throughout the year. The ensemble welcomes experienced brass players who can commit to weekly rehearsals and a regular performance and competition schedule.
