Our ensembles
Glenorchy City Brass Inc. is home to several ensembles — from our A-grade competing band to a beginner group for young players starting out on brass. Our bands regularly compete at State and National championships and perform throughout the year.
Glenorchy City Concert Brass
Our A grade competing ensemble, performing at state and national championships, formal concert recitals, and ceremonial occasions across southern Tasmania.
Glenorchy City Community Brass
Our C grade ensemble, welcoming players of intermediate ability who enjoy regular rehearsals, community performances, and state-level competition.
Bandit
Our beginner ensemble for young players taking their first steps on a brass instrument. Instruments and tuition included in a $50 term fee.
