Delete your account

What happens

• We verify the request with you by email, then delete your member account — your sign-in, contact details, profile photo, event responses, directory entry, and any announcements activity tied to you.
• This also removes your access to the member portal and the Chordinate app.
• We may keep records the law requires us to keep (for example financial records of invoices you were issued) for the mandated period; everything else goes.
• Requests are usually completed within 30 days, and we confirm when it’s done.
